1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a yk44 account, logging into the platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing any casino game, or otherwise accessing any service offered through yk44.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any person accessing the platform from Bangladesh or from any other location where access is not prohibited.

Your continued use of yk44 following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).

• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or otherwise prohibited from gambling under any applicable rule or agreement.
• You have not been previously suspended or had an account permanently closed by yk44 for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or intermediary for any other party.
• You are using your own funds and those funds are obtained from a legitimate source.

yk44 may request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time, including identity documents, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on yk44. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or same household — is strictly prohibited. Where yk44 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts may be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals may be voided at yk44's discretion.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yk44 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. yk44 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify yk44 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

yk44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in order to verify the identity, age, and payment details of all registered players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification; proof of address dated within the past three months; and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. yk44 may also request a selfie photograph alongside your identity document. Accounts are subject to withdrawal restrictions until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

yk44 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). yk44 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which yk44 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The standard minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable maximums are displayed in the yk44 Cashier section at the time of transaction. yk44 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to four hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one banking business day. All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process. yk44 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

4.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a yk44 deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, yk44 reserves the right to immediately close the account, void any pending withdrawals equal to the disputed amount, and pursue recovery of the disputed funds through appropriate legal channels.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by yk44 are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be stated at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for matters relating to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the applicable wagering requirement is met will result in the forfeit of all bonus balances and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

yk44 monitors player behaviour to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times via multiple accounts; using low-risk betting strategies (such as arbitrage or hedging) to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics; and using automated software to claim or wager bonus funds. Any player found to be abusing bonuses may have their bonus forfeited, their account suspended, and any resulting winnings voided.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets that are not claimed or utilised within the stated timeframe will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice. yk44 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonus balances.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

yk44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager placed on the platform, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. Bets are not considered accepted until a confirmation reference number is issued by the system. A bet that is placed but does not receive a confirmation reference is void and any funds deducted will be returned to the player's balance.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or manifest pricing error (including odds that are obviously incorrect compared to the prevailing market), yk44 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. yk44 is not liable for losses incurred due to platform errors that were outside its reasonable control. The principle "pays to play" does not apply in the event of a system error.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yk44 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all balances, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or verification.
• Operating more than one account on the platform simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in casino games (e.g., sharing cards or strategies in live poker or live dealer games).
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Using the platform to process funds on behalf of a third party or to move funds between payment instruments.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts, reverse-engineer the platform, or conduct denial-of-service attacks.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing yk44 staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and must never be used as a means to generate income, relieve financial stress, or escape personal difficulties. yk44 provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when they have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a permanent self-exclusion, after which their account will be closed and they will be prohibited from opening a new account. yk44 will make reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion requests.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the yk44 platform or its content without prior written consent from yk44. Unauthorised use of yk44's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yk44 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational damage.

yk44's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

The yk44 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. yk44 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your yk44 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests may take up to five (5) business days to process.

12.2 Termination by yk44

yk44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete required KYC verification; account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or any other reason that yk44 reasonably deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, access to all platform features will be immediately revoked. Any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Balances attributable solely to bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. yk44 will retain transaction records and personal data for the period required by applicable legal obligations.

13 Amendments to Terms

yk44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, yk44 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the yk44 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
